Summary: Stayed at this property during a weekend hunting trip to Ballard WMA. Perfect for what we needed. Older farm house, not perfect but had good heat, hot water and room for 4 adults. Owner was very nice and communicated very well. Checked to make sure we had everything needed. Very accommodating!

Summary: Me and a couple buddies went up to hunt Kentucky and stayed in this home. We really liked it because it was out in the country and nice and quite. Not far from the local stores though so getting groceries and supply's was no problem. Sure the house is old but it was quite comfy.

Summary: We stayed 1 night as we were traveling 17 hours and needed to break that long drive up. House was as described. Comfy and relaxing. Very quiet area(which is always a plus). Much better than a tiny little hotel rooom. If we come back this way again, I’ll look for this house again.
